Apparently all current WWE talent have moral clauses, and the company directive is that talent that have inappropriate photos or videos in the public will not be hired as on-air performers. Whether or not this becomes an issue with negotiating with Hulk Hogan, who has a sex tape that is out in the public, remains to be seen.
Of course, with Hogan, there is a double-standard due to his star power, and it could be viewed as a different situation in that Hogan was allegedly unaware that he was being filmed, and didn't condone its' release in the first place.
